Here is a note from one of my real estate clients:
I did not realize the impact I made in their lives when we found the perfect home. I am humbled...
I was recommended to LaArni through a good friend of mine at work. Being a first time buyer I nothing about the process and what it involved. I just knew I wanted a house. LaArni sat down with me to explain the process and what to expect. I explained to LaArni that I did not make enough, had some debts, and I had had small down payment. On top of that, my credit score was not above the 600 points. LaArni sat down with me and gave an assessment roadmap of the items I needed to do in order to be ready to purchase a property with a time-frame when all obstacles would be cleared.
After I completed the hurdles, LaArni walked me through the steps of buying a property. She did not hide anything. She told me the struggles, fights, frustration, and sweat I was going to go through. Revealing this information to me did not prevent to blow, but it made the impact a lot less.
